The Stellar Health Game is set in a futuristic, interplanetary landscape that represents the thirteen states included in the Aligning Forces databases: California, Ohio, Kansas, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.

Orion and Carina are futuristic interplanetary health coaches who work for Stellar Health. They, and their Navigation Bots direct Stellar game clients in exploring information about health and community living options that will help them make decisions based on their lifestyle wants and needs. They oversee the game’s databases and resource stations, while at the same time collecting data from client and planet community search and health care assessments and services.
