Her company, Beati Productions is an entertainment company that provides a spectrum of wholesome, fun, animated programs and products for children.
Lori is the creator and developer of Max On Snax®, an animated character who's mission is to educate and empower today’s preschool children to develop healthy habits at an early age.
The Max On Snax® app, Max's Plate, was recommended by the Surgeon General.

Catherine Frederico is an Adjunct Professor, Food Science & Nutrition at Newbury College and Simmons College.
As a registered dietitian, she specializes in health informatics, health apps, health game development, and educational technology. Catherine has contributed
to 6 apps in the iTunes store, including the award-winning Food Focus: Fruits.
Her latest project is AppyLiving.com which offers ebooks on health apps for consumers and professionals, using iPads for health, and her most recent, HIA (Health Informatics Acronyms).
